My Vicarious Trip to London
Through Damon's Pictures

Since I didn't get to go into London while I was there, a co-worker, Damon, gave me the pictures he took in London the weekend before I arrived.  Below is a subset of what he took.

Since I wasn't there, I can't really say much about the pictures, but you'll probably enjoy them none the less.

The London "Eye".  This is NOT a Ferris Wheel.
It takes nearly an hour to go around once,
and the cars are huge.

Yeah, beer causes gas, but I've never had
anyone want to collect mine!
Okay, okay.  The beer there (bitters, e.g. Guinness)
isn't carbonated.  It gets carbonated as it is drawn.

I guess that's why they call it
"the tube"
?

Maybe next time I'm in England I'll get to London myself!
